Smith & Chandler, a beloved institution in West Yellowstone since the early 1900s, is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals and couples to join our warehouse team for the 2025 summer season. Known for our upscale gifts, apparel, and outdoor lifestyle products, Smith & Chandler offers a distinctive vintage shopping experience in a vibrant and engaging work environment. Here, you'll have the opportunity to connect with visitors from across the country and around the world.
Position Details:
• Role: Warehouse Associate
• Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Operate point-of-sale and credit card machines
  • Restock and price merchandise
  • Perform light cleaning tasks, such as dusting and straightening
  • Provide local information and assist visitors
  • Organize stock, receive stock, and pick items daily to refill the sales floor
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Comfort with promoting sales and engaging with the public
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, organize and manage stock, receive shipments, and handle daily replenishment of merchandise
Work Schedule:
• Approximately 32-40 hours per week at $15.00/hr
• Couples will have the same two consecutive days off
• Positions start in mid-April and extend through October 2025
