General Manager

General Manager of a 200-room seasonal hotel in Anchorage Alaska.  Job duties include the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including overseeing daily housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and breakfast.  Manages various department managers.  Responsible for support, implementation and direction of all state, borough, and company policies and regulations.  Previous knowledge and experience with hotel Property Management Systems is required, and knowledge of Visual Matrix would be preferred

This General Manager will receive $7000 a month in salary paid every other week.  Housing is included in position, 2 of our suites in the hotel's employee housing section  It includes a private kitchen and sitting area as well as a sleeping area and private bath.

On completion of the season in good standing, GM will receive a $10,000 bonus at the end of the season - Sept 30 2025.
