Lead Bartender

Wildman Adventure Resort is home to a 9-hole golf course, bar, and restaurant where guests gather between adventure trips to unwind, view photos of their experiences, and play a round of golf. We cater to adventure seekers, local community members, and golf members, creating a lively yet welcoming atmosphere.

Starting Pay: $9.50 per hour + tips
Position Type: Full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling options
Housing & Benefits: Onsite rustic housing included (tent space or area to park converted vehicle/camper), team meetings with meals, and employee discounts on activities, gear, and food.

Responsibilities

As the Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring a memorable experience.

• Managing the bar area, including keeping it clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

• Preparing light food and assisting kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Overseeing golfer check-ins and check-outs.

• Planning and organizing special events such as golf outings and tournaments to enhance guest experiences.

• Monitoring and maintaining inventory. Help the Bar Manager with orders as requested.

• Creating your signature drinks to add a personal touch to the menu.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is:

• Energetic, friendly, and professional with a passion for hospitality and adventure.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication skills.

• Experienced in bartending (preferred, but we will train the right candidate).

• Knowledgeable about golf (a plus, but not required).

• Creative and fun, with an ability to engage guests and enhance their experience.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, being part of a fun and adventurous atmosphere, and having the freedom to get creative behind the bar. When our adventure trips return, the bar becomes the social hub for guests to share stories and relive the excitement of their day. During quieter times, you'll take the initiative to stay productive, organize events, and enhance the guest experience.
