The Details:
Position Types: Seasonal
Season Dates: Mid-April to Late-October
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Housekeeping Manager
The Housekeeping Managers run the entire housekeeping department including Porters, Inspectors, and Room Attendants. In this role, you will oversee scheduling, payroll, and the overall success of the hotel.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: April - November
Pay: $1,904 - $2,052 bi-weekly
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Assistant Restaurant Manager
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for assisting with training, scheduling and mentoring of the front of the house staff. Managers will have floor coverage during business hours and direct flow of service to provide excellent guest service.

Pay: $1,752 - $1,812 bi-weekly

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service for guests and employees alike, oversight of payroll, food costs, and inventory management as well as establishing and maintaining the overall tone of the operation with strong communication skills, mentorship and follow up with team members. All Food & Beverage leadership positions will be responsible for floor coverage throughout shifts. This position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Schedule: Typical schedule is 45+/- hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef, you would be in a high-pressure position that manages and oversees the food production and sanitation in the kitchen, requires knowledge of all back-of-the-house operations and conduct daily service based on preplanned recipes and pars. Sous Chef positions are available to work in our historic restaurants or quick service outlets. This position requires floor supervision of back of the house staff in addition to creating an organized environment to meet guest service needs. This position reports directly to the Chef of the operation.
