YMCA of the Rockies is the largest YMCA camp and conference center in the world, operating two globally known centers in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Both centers operate 365 days a year.

Estes Park Center - Bordered on three sides by Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park Center offers 800 acres of scenic views, family activities, and wildlife viewing on the eastern slope of the Continental Divide; serving as the gateway to the Rocky Mountains for over 115 years.

Snow Mountain Ranch - Stunningly spread out over 5,100 acres of rolling meadows, aspens, and spruce forest, Snow Mountain Ranch offers unique experiences for all ages and for all seasons. Located between Rocky Mountain National Park and several world-renowned ski resorts, Snow Mountain Ranch is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

Housekeeping Department
Housekeeping - Staff & Laundry Attendants

The Housekeeping Department is responsible for having assigned cabins and lodge rooms cleaned by check-in time and to meet the expectations of the supervisors and guests. Within the Housekeeping Department, there are two types of positions; Housekeeping - Staff and Laundry Attendants. Housekeeping - Staff are responsible  for cleaning cabins, lodge rooms, lobbies, and public areas. Laundry Attendants are responsible for sorting, folding, shrink-wrapping, and stacking laundry. Laundry Attendants also load and empty washers and driers. Laundry Attendants must be able to drive to transport laundry to guest accommodations.

• Start Date: March 15, 2025

• End Date: 2.5 month work agreement (May 30, 2025)

  • Transfer to Estes Park Center available after May 30, up to 6 month extension

Estes Park Center - Available Work Agreements

• Start Date: April 7, 2025

• End Date: Flexible agreements from 2.5 months to 8 months
  

Food Service Department
Food Service - Staff

Food Service - Staff are responsible for providing guests with a positive dining experience. Employees rotate daily through a variety of specific duties including maintaining sanitary work and dining areas, operating commercial food service equipment, assisting with meal preparing, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards guests and staff.

Snow Mountain Ranch - Available Work Agreements

• Start Date: March 3, 2025

• End Date: 2.5 month work agreement (May 30, 2025)

  • Transfer to Estes Park Center available after May 30, up to 6 month extension

Estes Park Center - Available Work Agreements:

• Start Date: April 7, 2025
