- The shifts will be an overnight shift (start time 11 PM - 12 AM) and an early morning shift (start time 3 - 4 AM).

- Assist with scheduling (with the F&B mgr) including managing OT
- Serve as main contact for group dining and the coordination of dining reservations
- Works closely with BOH management to assist in creating specials and maintaining consistent plating, portion sizes and garnishes
- Works with Owner/F&B mgr to curate beer/wine/cocktail menu and oversees inventory/ordering of product
- Tasked to create and teach drink and dessert specials to the FOH team
- Ensure the café is always clean, stocked, and in compliance with health regulations.
- Resolve both employee and guest conflicts in a professional manner
- Must be 21 years old, and 2 years of serving experience
- Must be a team player, Every table is your table, we strive for 5 STAR service, which provides a HIGH TIP percentage!

Baker
Our bakery crew is crucial to the success of our café. We are a scratch kitchen and that starts with you! This department is responsible for all the bread served on our menu, daily filling of our large bake case including scones, cookies, cinnamon rolls (Alaska and Texas size, haha) and our famous strawberry rhubarb coffee cake. Our dessert menu has an assortment of delicious desserts and pies displayed in our cold case.

Sous Chef
Right Hand person to the F&B Manager and Executive Chef, who works hands-on with the kitchen daily. The Sous Chef leads from the front provides support and training to all cooks, preps and dishwashers. Two positions available, AM & PM. Jumps on the line when needed, oversees food quality and consistent plating, oversees and executes weekly specials. Helps manage inventory so all food is used, organized, rotated and waste is minimized.
Must have a heart of service, caring about our guests and wanting to provide the best possible plate of delicious food, every time. Must be able to get the best out of your crew, by leading the way, having a smile on your face, and being someone they want to follow. Prior management experience and a consistent positive attitude are required.

Barista/Bartender
The barista is one of the first people that the guest sees when walking through our doors. They are the face of Creekside and must be welcoming, engaging and professional. The barista station is a fast-paced and demanding environment. You will be making all espresso drinks, pouring wine/beer, house cocktails, placing to-go food orders, and maintaining the grab and go section, assisting our guest with to-go lunches, and serving our bake case filled with homemade goodies. Evening baristas/bartenders will operate the service bar, coffee/espresso and assist with desserts. All FOH positions are in a tip pool, we work as a team, act like every guest is your responsibility. Our goal is work smart not hard...and have a good work/life balance.

Front Desk
Front Desk Agents are the face of Creekside and provide a first and last impression to our guests. We are only looking for folks that love people and the hospitality industry and are professional in attitude and appearance.
Our motto “Where the guests become friends" and it is our mission for our entire team. It all starts with that first impression and is cemented with their last. As a front desk agent, you are eligible for complimentary excursions and can earn *2.5% and up to *5% commission on your tour sales!!!

Housekeeper
Our housekeeping team is a crucial part of the Creekside Crew! You are responsible for keeping our rooms and property up to the standards that have made us a Denali vacation destination. Our housekeepers work hard during the day and have every night off to enjoy and explore the beautiful Denali area.

Restaurant Manager
Restaurant Managers are part of the FOH tip pool ! An additional $22.00-26.00+ /an hour !!!

Our ideal candidate takes an ownership role and sets the standard for the overall performance of the café. This is a summer seasonal position in a fast-paced, full-service cafe and bakery. Our café provides breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a weekend brunch. We have a few beers on tap, a great wine/cocktail selection, and an espresso/bakery area. We have 12 tables inside, 7 tables on the outdoor patio, and a banquet room that seats 18. We are looking for someone that truly enjoys the hospitality business and is a natural people person. Someone who leads from the front by example and can partner with us to create the best possible experience for our guests AND our front of house staff (15). We are only as good as the people around us, so we are looking for a rock star to work alongside the other rock star managers of Creekside.
Managers are expected to work all aspects of the café, including (but of course not limited to) working as a host, helping with barista/bakery station, fulfilling beer/wine/cocktail orders, expo and servicing the banquet room. Having great peripheral vision and overseeing the flow of the café will ensure our guests receive the high service standard we expect!
Responsibilities and Requirements
Pay & Housing: $1000/wk + tip pool share (based on number of hours worked...for all FOH service folks: servers, barista/bartender, expo, and host)...average $22-26.00/hr tips all depends on the team...could be more !)
