Looking for a daytime bartender. Hours 10:30 AM- 5:00 PM with some opportunities for nights. Additional hours available for someone willing to make pizzas or store clerk at night or on their day off. 
Middle Bass General Store is Located on quiet island on Lake Erie in between Toledo and Cleveland Ohio. Middle Bass General Store has is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to spend this summer in an Island Vacation atmosphere. Island life is quiet and moves at a relaxed, slow pace.  This is a daytime bartending position. If you are looking for the big city, this may not be the place for you.

We have great housing available for rent. We have 4 single rooms that have shared bathrooms with no more than 3 people sharing a bathroom offered at $60 a week. We also have two suites with private bathrooms offered at $90 per week.In the house there is a full shared kitchen, free laundry, Tvs in each room and internet. The house is in a housing association. Staff has access to the pool, beach and 9 hole golf course.

 Bartender Job Description- Responsibilities:
• Verify identification and age requirements of customers

• Build a rapport with regular customers

• Create a positive attitude

• Mix traditional and creative cocktails

• Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift

• Process payments from customers

• Clean glasses and bar utensils

• Make suggestions based on customer taste and preferences for food and beverage choices

• Record and balance cash receipts 

• Clean up bar and tables after customers

• Check identification if selling alcohol or cigarettes.

• During slow times complete maintenance and stocking of the store

We are looking for a highly motivated and positive back of house lead. As BOH LEAD you would be in charge of coordinating and supervising a restaurant’s kitchen staff according to food safety standards. Duties include training, performing quality control on food leaving the kitchen and ordering inventory to keep up with demand. This position will require nights and weekends with one day off per week.
This position would start March 24th and end November 13th. Pay is $15-$18 per hour based on experience. Also available shift tips and end of season bonus availabe for contract completion.
