Lot and Vehicle Attendant
Greet and check-in guests as they arrive to pick up their rentals or return vehicles. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately, and that customers have all the information they need for a safe and enjoyable tour or rental experience.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles upon check-in and check-out, documenting the condition of each vehicle, noting any pre-existing damage, and logging this information for reference.
Identify and record any vehicle maintenance issues or damage. Communicate these issues promptly to management or the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the fleet.
Ensure all guests receive accurate and timely information about their rental or tour. Provide clear instructions on vehicle operation, safety procedures, and expectations, ensuring customers feel confident and informed.
Support the maintenance and cleanliness of the fleet. Ensure all vehicles are in good working order and ready for customer use.
Accurately record vehicle conditions, mileage, and any maintenance or repair requirements. Ensure that all check-in and check-out procedures are followed meticulously and that necessary logs are updated.
Ensure the lot is organized and efficiently set up for vehicle storage. Monitor lot safety, making sure vehicles are parked in an orderly manner and that there are no hazards for staff or customers.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or questions, ensuring their overall experience is seamless and enjoyable. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Tour/Counter Attendant
Greet each customer with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Ensure that all visitors feel comfortable and well-cared-for from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Efficiently check-in customers for their Jeep tours or car rentals, providing all necessary instructions and ensuring they have all the information needed for a smooth experience. Upon return, assist with check-in process for all vehicles and review tour feedback with customers.
Listen carefully to customer requests to ensure accuracy when processing orders.
Accurately process payments for tours, vehicle rentals, and other services.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
