The ideal candidate is someone eager to provide exemplary service to our guests, helps our business grow and strives to reach our strategic goals. You will work in partnership with the owners and general manager to continue the 5 star reputation of our lodging, culinary, and adventure destination location.

We are looking for easy-going team players, who love learning new skills and sharing their knowledge with our dedicated and hardworking team. As a small but busy boutique bed & breakfast with multiple dining options, our discerning guests enjoy luxurious accommodations, concierge service, and unparalleled hospitality and quality in both lodging and dining.
Room and Board
The Lodge at Moosehead Lake has shared housing for full time team members for a nominal weekly fee ($150 per week) and a one time non-refundable cleaning fee.
One staff house is recently renovated, has a large yard and is close to the town and lake. There are 4 bedrooms, (3 queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two twin beds) 1.5 bathrooms, shared common areas: dining room, living room, large sunporch, foyer, and basement. The staff house is located approximately 7 minutes and 3.5 miles from the lodge.
*A car is necessary in this rural area as staff houses are 7 miles from the lodge. There are no taxis, Ubers, or public transportation available in the area.
WIFI, electricity, and heat included.

- Washer/dryer
- Fully furnished.
- Outside yard space with picnic table.
- Parking for 1 car for each staff member only.
- All kitchen equipment provided.
- Linens, towels provided.
- 2 bicycles for staff use.
- Smoking, vaping, parties, and overnight visitors are not allowed in any staff house or on any staff property.
Staff are responsible for keeping their own area and common areas clean as well as doing their own laundry.

Getting Here and Getting Around
The Lodge at Moosehead Lake is located in a rural area. There is no public transportation or taxi/Uber service. You must have a car, preferably an SUV if you plan to explore hiking trails and backroads and for getting to work. We are 1.5 hours from Bangor International Airport and 3 hours from Portland Airport.
There is a grocery and clothing store located in town as well as multiple restaurants that serve pub food and fine dining.
For Fun
The Lodge at Moosehead Lake is a destination location set in one of the most scenic areas of Maine. Outdoor activities are plentiful and include: hiking, fishing, seaplane rides, wildlife tours, swimming, sightseeing, photography, mountain climbing, boat tours, camping, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and hundreds of other activities.
