- Greeting customers as they enter.
- Direct guests to their tables
- Managing customer waitlists
- Assist with bussing when needed
- Maning cooking stations and executing menu items in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean work station
- Working in a manner that sets you, the person before you, and the person after you up in a way that encourages teamwork
- Being punctual, present, and prepared
- Work to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience with outstanding customer service
- Taking food and beverage orders. Suggesting items and upselling dishes
- Standard side work, including, cleaning, rolling silverware, opening and closing duties
- Work as a team member with other staff
