Job Summary: Oversees daily operations to ensure exceptional service and financial performance, focusing on exceeding budgetary goals and maintaining inventory levels. This role includes training staff, monitoring operational standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety practices while providing effective leadership and management coverage.

Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
