    Job Summary:
    Greets customers, answers questions, and processes payments using the POS system while ensuring the sales floor is tidy and well-stocked. This role includes preparing food orders and making espresso, maintaining cleanliness of café equipment, demonstrating flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts, and adhering to company environmental and safety practices while performing additional assigned duties as needed

    The Details:
    Position Type: Seasonal
    Season Dates: May 12 through September 18, 2025
    Pay: $16.00/hr
    Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

    Meals/Housing: Must have RV (self-contained) and transportation to/from RV campground to General Store (approx. 15 minutes commute). No Employee Dining Room at location.

    Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • Ability to pass Food Handlers Certificate.
    • This unique location requires to work in a small team environment and not afraid to work long shifts.

    Physical Requirements include:

    • Must have good knees and back to make frequent trips up & down steep narrow stairs.
    • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
    • Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, boxes, bags of ice, and bundles of wood up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.

    Responsibilities

    • Determine specific work assignments (scheduling and daily list assignments) for Housekeeping team according to the staffing guides and occupancy levels.
    • Monitor and develop staff through performance observations, evaluations, and counseling.
    • Keep labor budgets for housekeeping staff in line with the budget issued by the Lodging Department. Report the daily and weekly reports accurately.
    • Monitor designated inventories and proper supplies through Supply Inventory System.
    • Make sure Personal Protective Equipment is being followed at all times.
    • Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure quality expectations and standards are met.
    • At least one year of experience working in a hotel environment.
    • Some experience in a Housekeeping management/supervisory role.
    • Ability to perform all tasks required of the housekeeping team on property.
    • Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language.
    • Ability to lead housekeeping team to reach common goals and deadlines.
    • Must be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office.
    • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is preferred.

    Physical Requirements include:

    • Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the day. Constant lifting and carrying of supplies and linens throughout the shift.
    • Making beds, bending, kneeling, stretching, and reaching as needed for up to 8 hours per shift.
    • Standing for long periods of time, frequent walking up and down stairs, as well as in outdoor areas sporadically throughout the shift.
    • Pushing a hotel cart or cabin cart up to 50-75 pounds as needed.
    • Working safely with required chemicals.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and maintain Lodges exterior spaces (parking lot, patio, sidewalks) and interior common areas including lobby, hallways, public bathrooms, fitness room, entry ways, and stairways.
    • Empty outside and public trash receptacles and remove trash from all departments in the Lodge.
    • Daily pool and spa checks, cleaning and other pool and spa maintenance in accordance with State Health Department standards.
    • Completing all work in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with applicable laws and the best use of resources.
    • Responsible for driving the shuttle throughout the shift, may sometimes require schedule adjustments due to travel delays or cancellations.
    • Maintain a safe and clean facility, indoors and outdoors. Be familiar with and comply with Lodge safety protocols.
    • Assists with set up, tear down and cleaning of conference center for events when needed.
    • Assists with preventative maintenance on all maintenance tools and equipment.
    • Assists with preventative maintenance of all rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment such as TV's, refrigerators and light fixtures are in working order, following the established PM program.
    • Basic repairs include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, ventilation, furnishings, fixtures,
      • Painting, drywall repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs.
    • Reports any safety issues/concerns immediately to Facility Supervisor and Location Manager.
    • Snow and Ice removal as needed, spreading ice melt, shoveling, and snowplowing.
    • Supports hotel departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual checklists as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.
    • Always offer courteous and sincere hospitality. Understand what is meant by "exceptional guest service”, providing guests with uniform, consistent, efficient, courteous, high-quality service.
    • Unloading, delivering, and organizing of lodge orders for various departments.
    • Conducting inventory tasks as assigned.
    • Responsible for adhering to Xanterra’s Ecologix program.
    • Support and assist in other departments as needed.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledgeable in the following areas and the ability to use tools and equipment common to the trade:
      • Heating & Electric, Plumbing, and Carpentry.
    • Previous pool and spa maintenance experience preferred.
    • Able to identify the scope of work to determine if specialized skills of the various crafts are required to the job professionally.
    • May require the use of respiratory protection.
    • Must be comfortable using a computer, and familiar with Windows Outlook, Word and Excel. Email is used for a large part of communication throughout the Lodge and company.
    • Comply with all current related safety and health requirements.
    • Ability to read, understand and comply with all current company policies and procedures.
    • Ability to provide courteous and sincere hospitality. Understand what is meant by "exceptional guest service”, providing guests with uniform, consistent, efficient, courteous, high-quality service.
    • Must possess a current, valid, driver’s license that can pass a driving history check and Department of Transportation Physical.
    • DOT pre-employment and periodic drug testing will be required.

    Physical Requirements include:

    • May require the use of respiratory protection and will require compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Must be able to walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions.
    • Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
    • Must possess physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment, such as snow removal tasks.
    • Standing, bending, kneeling, crawling for extended periods of time are required.
    • Minimum age requirement: 21 years

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the National Park Services to develop interpretive messages and programs to educate all departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist Restaurant Chef, F&B Managers and Sous Chef in all food ordering, receiving, returns, and storage areas.
    • Ensure that items needed to produce menu items in all outlets are available and in a ready to use form.

    Qualifications

    • Possess a working knowledge of all departments’ positions and equipment used within the F&B operation.

    Responsibilities
